new year, more snow

I made it home to Toronto for the holidays and, like everyone, December had its ups and downs.

Some notable highs of my time at home were hanging out with my whole family for the first time since December 2019, swimming on Christmas day in Lake Ontario, and playing tennis in the snow!

Marcus and I made it back to Nelson on January 1st and we've been blown away by the amount of snow here (and there's more to come). To give you an idea, we've had more than a meter of snow since getting home. I have to say, the snowshoeing and skiing have been top-notch.

In all the hustle and bustle of being home and then getting back to Nelson, I dropped the ball on making my annual one-page calendar. So I've finally gotten around to it!

I usually print these out and sell/gift them via the mail, but to save on shipping I think it's best if you get it printed yourself! You can download it by clicking the button below.

Here are my recommendations for getting it printed:

  • get it printed at your local print shop
  • print it in full colour
  • print dimensions: tabloid (11" x 17")
  • if they have paper options, get it printed on uncoated/matte paper

FYI the yellow dots signify the weekends and the blue ones are the new and full moons.

I tried my very best to ensure all of the dates were correct, but this is a very difficult and laborious task. If you catch any glaring errors let me know!

Enjoy and Happy New Year!

That is an amazing amount of snow! (I notice that Marcus is a snowboarder, whereas you seem to be an old-school skier.) Thank you for including your one-page calendar. I find it useful for checking on the phases of the moon! Great design btw (like your other calendar for Sore-Thumb Inc.) It was great to see you in Toronto after so long and to have the chance to get to meet Marcus. I wish you both happy shreddin’, ridin’ and cruisin’ in all that snow!

Great pics, Julia – I’m feeling a little jealous about all that powder skiing, but with a bit of luck I might have a go at it myself next month!

Love the calendar, by the way!
